From the shop floor to the training room
My training expertise includes teaching new sales techniques, showing teams how to deliver top-notch customer service, and guiding people through the complexities of their industry. I'm passionate about helping others succeed and grow.
Before training full time, I worked in kitchens, retail stores, classrooms, finance, farming and operations, from sous chef and retail assistant to teacher and chief operation officer. That range is why my sessions feel practical: I've done the jobs my participants do.
